We offer modern, 5-star luxury dog & cat lodging, accommodations and amenities for your most precious companions while you are away on work or play. Rusty Ridge Animal Center offers luxurious suites for each of our overnight guests. Our private suites are 100% cage free and offer a wide range of options!
Every single one of our individual suites has a personal, soft, and cozy bed to rest their heads on after a fun-filled day. Your pet will have their own personal turn-down service after a long, happy day of Doggie Daycare or Scratching Post playtime while staying with us. Nearly every suite has their own personal TV, playing animal-themed movies during their down time and soft lullaby music is played during the night for the most comfortable and relaxing stay.
All of our accommodations at Rusty Ridge Animal Center feature our signature modern styling, comforting interior appointments, and a Fear-Free relaxing color palette. We set out from its inception to create the ultimate boarding experience for your pets! We are not a kennel, in fact just the opposite! Our goal is to create an environment that is luxurious, relaxing, clean, safe and the least stressful experience your pets could ever have while you are out of town.
Special accommodations can be made for guests with special needs or for those who just prefer the company of humans. TLC suites are reserved for sensitive pets or pets with special needs. Just let us know ahead of time that you have a sensitive pet and we’ll make sure your pet is completely comfortable in their environment. The TLC suites are also directly adjacent to our veterinary treatment area, so you can rest assured knowing that they will be under veterinary supervision all day long.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU:
We promise to provide a safe, fun and loving vacation for your pet while you are away. Our team constantly monitors each guest to make sure they do not have untreated medical conditions and are in good spirits at all times. At the first sign of a problem, we contact our staff Veterinarians who will complete a thorough examination, and alert you immediately if any treatments are necessary.
While you are encouraged to bring any special dog food, we offer the highest quality food to our dog lodging guests and take note of any special requests from pet owners. When you return from your break, your pet will be as refreshed and relaxed as you are, thanks to the combination of climate controlled accommodations, premium quality food, soft bedding, ample playtime, and complimentary treats.
For the health of all our guests, Rusty Ridge Animal Center requires current veterinarian vaccine records, as well as a current veterinary prescribed flea and tick prevention treatment (flea-collars or 'natural' supplement prevention will not be accepted)
For the health and safety of all of our guests, the following vaccinations must be current for all lodging, daycare, and grooming guests:
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Bivalent Influenza, Bordetella and a Negative Intestinal Parasite Evaluation
Cats: Rabies, Distemper and a Negative Intestinal Parasite Evaluation
